1.  The Terms

1.1 Comfi provides to our customers a range of innovative corporate purchasing solutions, including pay later and pay now services; and such other corporate finance solutions as we make available through any of our corporate channels (each a “Comfi Service” and collectively the “Comfi Services”).

1.2  The Comfi Services are provided by Comfi FZ-LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE (“Comfi”) (and Comfi is also referred to throughout the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”)  as "we", "us" or "our").

1.3 Before using Comfi Services ****or ****registering an account at comfi.ai  (“Website”), you must agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.4 You should read the Terms carefully before you agree to be bound by them and you should determine whether the Comfi Services are appropriate for you given your corporate or financial circumstances.

1.5 You should print a copy of the Terms for your records.

1.6 We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time by updating the App and our Website to incorporate any new or amended terms, an email will be sent to your registered email account with us informing you of the update / change.

1.7 You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted on the Website to obtain timely notice of amendments to these Terms and to submit your agreement to them.

Pay Later:

2.11 On the condition you agree to our terms & conditions you will be able to use our Pay Later service to buy Products with associated Merchants.

2.12 Pay Later allows you to pay for the total cost of an order registred through Comfi (“Deal amount”) as a single payment on the specific billing date (“Billing Date”) determined by chosen payment term (”Payment term”).

2.13 Approval of an application will be subject to our review of your data and circumstances.

2.14 We explicitly reserve the right, at our absolute discretion at any time, to decline your Pay Later application, based on our review of your data and circumstances, and will inform you of our decision.

2.15 If your Comfi Account Pay Later application is approved (as appropriate), we will pay the Merchants the Deal Amount for the Deal you purchased, on your behalf. You agree to repay the Deal Amount to us in full via one payment on your Billing Date in accordance with these Terms.

2.16 Pay Later is only available to eligible companies. Whether you are eligible will be determined by us at our discretion and will depend on numerous factors such as our assessment of your creditworthiness, your history of transactions, the Merchant's account history, as well as the following criteria:

• 2.16.1 your company is registered in the United Arab Emirates and have active permitted trade license;
• 2.16.2 your company is more than 6 months old;
• 2.16.3 you don’t have active court cases;
• 2.16.4 you have a company authorization to enter into an agreement with Comfi;
