Job Title: Middle/Senior Account Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and possesses a keen understanding of B2B account management. They should be proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs, with a strategic mindset to drive growth and success for both the clients and Comfi.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement account activation, retention, and expansion strategies.
• Conduct in-person and online meetings with customers across the UAE.
• Own the full pipeline from activation to referral, ensuring seamless customer journey.
• Address customer needs promptly and remove any blockers to facilitate smooth collaboration with Comfi.
• Manage a portfolio of 50 customers effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Translate customer problems into actionable product requirements and liaise with the development team for timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B account management.
• Fluent English, Urdu and Hindi
• Strong understanding of traditional trade processes.
• Easygoing and socially adept with excellent communication skills.
• Client-oriented mindset, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
